What to expect.

As an integrative counsellor, I use a combination of therapeutic approaches to ensure you get the support you need. I believe that good counselling can help you better understand yourself and in doing so equip you with the skills, insight and awareness needed to live your life in a way that is meaningful, whatever that looks like to you.

 

In my practice we will explore your experiences which may be complex, sometimes confusing and always personal. I will work at your pace on whatever you decide to talk about. I treat every issue with the same level of importance. I have experience assisting clients with depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties and those caring for people living with physical and mental health conditions.
